3. Account Registration

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Advertiser Terms

4.1 Campaign Guidelines

Advertisers agree to:

• Provide accurate campaign information and creative materials
• Comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations
• Not submit misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Maintain adequate funding for campaigns

4.2 Prohibited Content

Advertisers may not promote:

• Illegal products or services
• Counterfeit goods
• Adult content (subject to restrictions)
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Malware, phishing, or deceptive practices
• Weapons, explosives, or dangerous materials

4.3 Payment Terms

• Minimum deposit requirements apply
• Campaigns are billed on CPC, CPM, or CPA basis as specified
• Payments are non-refundable unless fraudulent traffic is proven
• We reserve the right to suspend campaigns for non-payment

5. Publisher Terms

5.1 Publisher Obligations

Publishers agree to:

• Maintain quality website or app properties
• Comply with platform integration requirements
• Not engage in fraudulent traffic generation
• Provide accurate traffic statistics
• Display advertisements as intended

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Click fraud or invalid traffic generation
• Automatic redirects or pop-unders without user consent
• Incentivized clicks or impressions
• Modification of ad code or tracking pixels
• Placement on prohibited content sites

5.3 Revenue Share

• Payment terms are NET-30 from end of month
• Minimum payout threshold: $100
• We reserve the right to withhold payment for fraudulent activity
• Revenue share percentages are specified in your publisher agreement

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform remain the property of AdsNetwork or respective owners. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

By submitting content to our Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing our services.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data in accordance with applicable privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdsNetwork shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Third-party actions or content
• Fraudulent activity by other users

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AdsNetwork harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the services, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Request from law enforcement
• Extended periods of inactivity

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• Binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE
• Governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
