At AdsNetwork, we strive to provide exceptional advertising services and ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be considered and the procedures for submitting refund requests. Please read this policy carefully before using our services.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are only granted when specific criteria are met. Not all situations qualify for refunds, and this policy clearly defines eligible and non-eligible scenarios.
2. Refund Eligibility Criteria
2.1 Technical Platform Failures
In the event of verified technical issues or system failures on our platform that directly prevent campaign delivery, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- The technical issue must be documented and verified by our technical team
- You must report the issue within 48 hours of its occurrence
- The failure must be directly attributable to our platform infrastructure, not external factors
- Our team will conduct a thorough investigation and determine if a full refund, partial refund, or account credit is appropriate
2.2 Unused Campaign Budget
If your campaign budget remains unused due to verified system errors on our end, you may be eligible for a refund or account credit:
- Unused funds resulting from platform errors may be refunded or credited to your account
- Refunds are not available for unused budgets caused by client-side factors, including but not limited to:
- Non-compliance with our advertising policies and guidelines
- Insufficient or rejected creative materials
- Delays in campaign approval due to missing information
- Incorrect targeting parameters or campaign settings
To qualify for a refund request, you must have utilized at least 35% of your initial campaign budget.
2.3 Service Description Discrepancies
If you believe our services were significantly misrepresented, we will review your claim:
- Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of your campaign start date
- We will conduct a thorough review of the service description and your campaign setup
- If validated, a partial refund may be issued after deducting applicable fees and costs incurred
3. Non-Refundable Situations
3.1 Policy Violations
Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
- Unauthorized account access or use
- Violations of our advertising content policies
- Engagement in prohibited advertising practices
3.2 User Error and Platform Misuse
Refunds will not be issued in cases where:
- You fail to follow our platform guidelines and best practices
- Required campaign materials or information are not provided in a timely manner
- Campaigns are incorrectly configured due to user error
- You neglect to respond to our requests for additional information or approvals
3.3 Performance-Based Disputes
We do not guarantee specific performance metrics for advertising campaigns. Refunds will not be issued based on:
- Dissatisfaction with click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, or lead generation
- Lower-than-expected return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Campaign performance that does not meet your internal targets or expectations
- Market conditions or external factors affecting campaign performance
3.4 Fraudulent or Suspicious Activity
Accounts flagged for suspicious behavior, fraudulent transactions, or security concerns are immediately ineligible for refunds and may be subject to account termination.
4. Additional Terms and Conditions
4.1 Account Inactivity
Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 6 months or longer will lose eligibility for refund requests. We recommend maintaining regular account activity to preserve refund eligibility.
4.2 Minimum Spend Threshold
To be eligible for a refund request, you must have spent a minimum of 35% of your total campaign budget. This threshold ensures that campaigns have been given adequate opportunity to perform before refund consideration.
5. Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund request, please contact our Compliance Team at contact@adsnetwork.io with the following information:
- Your account information and campaign ID(s)
- Detailed description of the issue or reason for refund request
- Supporting documentation, screenshots, or evidence
- Timeline of events and any previous communications
5.1 Request Timeline
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your campaign end date
- We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 2 business days
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-14 business days
- Processing time may vary depending on payment method and banking institutions
5.2 Cryptocurrency Payments
For campaigns funded with cryptocurrency, any unused balances will be refunded based on the USD equivalent value at the time of your original deposit. Refunds are calculated using the exchange rate from your deposit date, regardless of subsequent cryptocurrency price fluctuations.
5.3 Compliance Review Process
Once your account is under review by our Compliance Team, standard support channels and managed service representatives cannot intervene in the refund process. All communications regarding your refund request must be conducted directly with the Compliance Team to ensure proper documentation and fair evaluation.
6. Refund Processing Fees
The following fees apply to all approved refund requests and are deducted from the refund amount:
- Managed Service Fee (15%): Applied when our team has provided campaign management, optimization, or strategic consulting services during your campaign.
- Creative Design Fee (5%): Applied when AdsNetwork has created, designed, or modified advertising creatives, banners, or visual assets for your campaign.
- Refund Processing Fee ($1,500 USD): A standard administrative fee that covers the costs associated with processing refund requests, account review, and compliance verification. This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Note: These fees are calculated based on the original campaign investment and are deducted before the final refund amount is determined.
